Sometimes the best way to work up a good sweat is by cycling with a roomful of people, or by dancing your way through a Zumba class. Whatever your preference, Northside offers over 250 classes a month, so you have plenty of options to choose from! You'll get a great workout and have fun in the process.
We are continually adding more classes, so make sure to check the Group Class Schedule every month to see what's new! Some of our most recent additions include a hip hop class, a Latin ballroom/Zumba class, and Muay Thai Kickboxing.
